I'm now renting my second property. Always been pleased with the service I've received. Any issues with the the properties as been always resolved quickly and satisfactory. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a special lady rental property. Staff are always happy to help.. SB

Awful agency. Ive had the worst experience. Issues Ive reported over 6 months ago havent been resolved but they have visited our property 4+ times for appraisals, inspections etc. Extremely hard to get in touch with them because everyone in the office is so unorganised and fail to communicate with one another. Have actually left our property for another and the poor business of this agency is a big reason for that.

Can't understand the previous reviews. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and polite. Sophie conducted the viewing, gave me good advice and a let was agreed quickly. No complaints.

Previous tenant of this lettings agency.I've been out of the property over a month and still haven't recieved our bond back! Not to mention how long they took to do repairs if they actaully did them. There was mould - we complained amd asked if someone could come and see to it and they never did. Boiler broke twice. Never got a replacement. Sink was broken, never got fixed. I would only reccomend these if you could afford to deal with your own house issues unlike we could. But i would never go with this lettings agency ever again.

Women who work there are vile, horrible. Rope you into getting a house acting all nice then once u pay they turm you. Absolutly disgusting women. Way the treat old people makes me feel sick. Do not be conned.
