Ive used Sorbys now for a number of years for my rental properties, they are very professional and reliable and I cannot fault their service. Recently I had a property to sell so I immediately turned to Sorbys and I was so glad I did, once again they provided a fantastic service yet again, the whole team from start to finish were super friendly and helpful and took the stress out of selling a property, Laura the lady who was dealing with my sale was especially helpful and pleasant. I dont usually leave reviews but I felt my experience with Sorbys was so good I thought Id let them know, keep up the good work!

I was with the agency for 5 years (2013 - 2018). The property was clean and tidy, matched the photos and description asvertised and paperwork easily processed.Overall, the service Sorby's provided throughout my time has been fantastic. They always gave quick responses, either via the online portal/email/telephone, to issues and queries and friendly customer interaction. I've not had much experience with landlords, but mine was understanding and efficient when dealing with a problem. He didn't raise the rent during my period in the property, which is important as a tenant and reflects trust and loyalty, although not all landlords are the same.I recommend Sorby's to others and would use the agency again if I'm in the same situation when/if I return to Barnsley.
A great service from Grant and his team. Laura especially was great at keeping in touch and guiding us through the process explaining everything in detail but in a simple way. Sorby's offer a personal service giving it that local touch/feeling.
The whole team were excellent, couldnt fault the service at all. My house sold quickly after the initial valuation (which was great and the photos showed my house in its best light). Start to finish 5 star!
