Really lovely estate agents. I spoke with Liam first of all who helped me pick various properties to view. Once he'd got a feeling of what I wanted from a property I was kept updated with anything new on the market and viewings were arranged promptly and around my shift patterns. I found him extremely friendly and approachable and would highly recommend him. Any questions I had were responded to either by phone or email extremely quickly.I then went through Josh to sort out my mortgage. Again, a friendly, professional person who explained everything clearly to me and was up front about costs and time scales. After a blip due to my circumstances, Josh was quick to find the right mortgage for me that was affordable and suited my needs.Overall these guys have been great. I am very pleased with the service I have received from Grace, Megan and Karen so far. They appear to have been really proactive, and have kept me informed throughout the process of letting out my property, which has now been let. Because I live along way away. I have maintenance people who have dealt with Grace, and Megan on my behalf, and are very impressed in the knowledge and enthusiasm they have shown. Working as a team we have now managed to now let the property in the time scale we set. I think for these ladies, it is not just a job but a passion.
