Really pleased with trust ford barnsley when got the new car in may 2018 when we went they couldn't be more helpful and when it needed a repair they didn't mess about it was booked in straight away and would go and get another off then really helpful and always there to help as soon as u walk throw the door really good team who work there

I have to take my car here for servicing as per the lease agreement. Every time I take it in I have to chase several times for updates on when my car will be ready. The service teams phone just rings out. I leave my number with the receptionist who gives the standard "They're all with customers/they've been really busy" excuse and then wait ages for a call back if I get one at all. The staff are friendly (Andy was great yesterday) but I would expect much better communication and customer service from Ford. I think the process for updating customers needs looking at as it's currently a frustrating experience.
TrustFord?? I wouldn't trust these con-men as far as I could throw one of their cars (which sell with absolutely no after sales service in mind!).A member of staff of mine who I'm writing this review on behalf of, due to the fact it's quite frankly wearing him into the ground, purchased a used vehicle from TrustFord in Barnsley. He did so because he felt more confident buying a used vehicle that would be purchased with dealer warranty in case anything should go wrong. Low and behold, rather quickly, something did go wrong and the engine is in need of serious repairs.TrustFord have now had the car for 7 days and have provided no further update on its progress nor has a courtesy car being offered. At the point they had had the vehicle for 5 day, I took it upon myself to offer my assistance and like my member of staff, am consistently told that Mike will call you, Lucy will call you back and so on and so forth but to no avail whatsoever.I was guaranteed last Friday that I would receive a call that afternoon as a courtesy car was due back in and that they could arrange for my member of staff to collect it. Unsurprisingly, Lucy who had guaranteed me this did not do so and when I called today (Monday morning) I'm told that she is off for two weeks. It couldn't be more abundantly clear that not a single member of staff there pays any heed whatsoever to their duty of care!They were more than happy to take his very hard earned money from him when they sold him the car and it appears as though they're not quite as keen to provide their services now that something is wrong with the vehicle and it falls under their responsibility to correct it at their cost.My advice? Go and see Swiss Toni. He has more professionalism about him than this bunch of thieving vermin. As they feel they can hide behind receptionists telling customers over the phone that they 'are really busy, we'll try and get somebody to call you back as soon as possible', I will post an update to let you all know whether you actually get any joy when you visit in person and warn every customer that frequents the showroom during your visit about the way in which TrustFord Barnsley conduct their business.Yours,Somebody who hates to see an incredibly nice lad taken advantage of!
