To me as a customer of 5 years its a very unfriendly place to sit and wait, while your car is being repaired, because very rarely staff do not talk to customers , its as though we are almost invisible I also get a very strong impression that service reception staff, either don't enjoy their job, or possibly see customers as a necessary evil and have to be put up with, but to be got rid of with as little contact as possible. In the past i have felt that some service staff were trying to talk down to me, and make me feel inferior to the extent, that I feel like a leper and want to crawl away. instead of realising that without customers, they will soon be out of a job?Therefore I will not be using this dealership again, I would recommend that owners of Nissan cars avoid this showroom and find another Nissan dealership, even it means driving to Wakefield or Huddersfield
Would never buy a car from here again was more than helpful to sell the car couldn't do enough for me infact but once I'd paid for the car and got it home that's when it all went wrong. After a full safety check that they claim to do, the front breaks were heavily worn the shock absorber had snapped which you would think they would pick up with this (safety check) once that had been fixed the car then began to start tapping heavily and lost a lot of its power while driving. I hated the car that much after 2 months of ownership that I ended up selling the car. And to make matters worse I did tell Pentagon I was buying the car to take my 1 year old son to and from places. But they don't seem to mind selling unsafe cars.
Had Nissans for years but never purchased from Barnsley before. What a lovely experience I had from start to finish. A big shout out to Sophie Rudland who sold me the car, and gave a first class service.You made the whole process very easy, professional and a lovely memorable experience with a surprise beautiful bouquet of flowers. Excellent service from Nissan, Barnsley. It was worth the trip up to buy the car (unseen while negotiating the deal) but very happy with how the car was presented and the professionalism of all staff we encountered.
