Very poor customer service! Today I took my Grandad down to the showroom to look at a new corsa. He is part of the motability scheme and is currently due for a replacement car. He currently has a Fiesta but was thinking of changing to a Corsa. We walked around the showroom for a good 15 minutes before having to go find someone ourselves as they clearly were not interested in coming to us. The first person we spoke to was a young lady working behind the reception desk. I explained my Grandads situation and the lady replied very rudely saying they would not be able to help us with anything today as the motability sales person was not in today. I explained that no deal would need to made as it is motability, all he wants to do is go a for a short road test to see if he likes the Corsa. The lady then agreed to find another sales person to take us out. After another 10 minute wait, a very grumpy old sales man with glasses (the only way I can explain him as he never gave a name) came and told us again that they would not be able to do anything for us as motability sales person was not in. I again tried my best to explain that my Grandad just wanted to go on road test, or even just to have a look around and sit in one. The salesman then said again nothing could be done for us today then went and sat behind his desk till we left then door. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life! It is honestly the worst customer service I have seen and Perrys Vauxhall should be ashamed! Its O.K. though because we went next door to Honda where we got excellent customer service, a road test in a Jazz with a none motability salesman, and my Grandad will be placing an order with them!

Cannot fault them at all, very professional and friendly at the same time, delivering impeccable service, can't believe I didn't go to them in the first place. they were amazing with my daughter an I and have done everything and anything to make us feel comfortable, they truly went above and beyond for us.
Am I to take it that the response from Guy below is part of the team at Perry's, it's that upsetting for Perry's Barnsley that they have my contact information and have done nothing about it, that speaks loads of how little they care, no apology, no follow up what's so ever!!!!!!No response to email sent through their website, so they lose another star rating, I won't recommend them, try other Perry's dealerships for car sales, they can't be any worse.Went to their Invitation Event 16/09/2018 with interest in buying a used car, took over an hour and 15 mins, and was left for 10 minutes waiting to find out the value of the so called voucher, it took that long I ended up walking out due to keeping a prior appointment which the salesman knew about and wasting my time. Was offered a 3 month warranty on a 10,000 plus car, was insulted by the offer on my part exchange, follow up call today was pressured to put deposit down and the guy was rude. After 13 years customer loyalty counts for nothing. My advice is shop around there are other dealers who would appreciate your custom on purchasing a used car.Good dealership, friendly staff all very helpful in service department, waiting area is small but free drinks available, not the cheapest in labour charges, good selection of cars both new and used.
