Visited a couple of weekends ago.They were busy so we expected to wait a while before anyone became available to help us.My wife is a motability customer and the purpose of our visit was simply to sit in a couple of models to determine comfort and accessibility for my wife before we made final decision on new car. We explained to receptionist that we wanted to just sit in a VW Sharan. She said it was an appointment system and the motability sales person was fully booked.She said they may have a small gap but if not we wouldn't see them.We didn't need to see the matability sales person.We simply needed someone to unlock a VW Sharan in order for my wife to try.No offer of anyone else to help us was made.simply told it's an appointment system and she couldn't gaurantee that we would be seen.So the wife said let's go somewhere else.Phoned another local dealer and they went out of their way to collect a Sharan from their compound and they had it available for my wife to try by the time we got there.Customer service experience was so much better so we went ahead and placed an order for the new car.For anyone wanting a good experience travel a bit further to VW Rotherham.
Terrible service I have had nothing but trouble with our car bought in February, I have no energy left to go into details but buying our car from this dealer was the worst thing I ever did and the most stressful. It seems if you want to buy a bran new car they'll bend over backwards for you but if it's a second hand car no one is interested even when under warranty and now I have just spent 270 to resolve yet another problem as I never want to speak let alone deal with anyone from this place again, my car was sold to me in a dangerous state and everyone from this dealer was quite happy for me to drive it that way even when it had been mot'd and serviced here. Avoid at all costs
Very good experience. There knowledge is very Indepth. A very relaxed experience too. Very flexible with deposit Amounts. They go the extra mile.
Really helpful when we bought our new Polo. Andy really looked after us. Gave us such a good deal it was worth the 200 mile drive from Essex! A pleasure to buy from.
