Poor Product Knowledge. I recently purchased a used car from this dealer and the salesman had very poor product knowledge. Following the purchase there were a couple of niggling issues that meant I had to return for these to be sorted. It was very disappointing that on handover neither Anthony or Gary could be bothered to come out with me to ensure the issues had been resolved. The reason, I suspect, is that it was because they hadn't been. The service dept is ok, but if you want to buy a car try somewhere else.
