Needed work doing to my Focus which I'd only had for 6 months. Never used Dootson motors for any work done previously but read the great reviews and now having had the work done I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the people I dealt with. I had warranty with RAC who covered most of the cost but the work carried out was with Ford parts and very reasonable in cost price if I'd have had to pay out without warranty. Can't recommend this garage enough. Thank you to all

Appears to be a reasonable business. No hard pressure selling which can come across as arrogant without them intending to be that way. Kinda you dont want one of our cars we dont care you either do or dont. A little knowledge of a particular car would be good other than the brief board in the window. Also I feel they use eBay classified to advertise cars at a much lower price then when you go to the car lot they are priced much higher. I was told that yes they are Ebay deals the car you looked at was 2300 on there and here on the lot its 2795 you can have it for 2300 if you have a 200 worth of banger part exchange lying about or 2400 for cash thats a 100 higher price than Ebay and unfortunately I wasnt the registered keeper of a px 200 banger car that Dootson value and might have taken in as a part ex. When I asked if I could have the car for 2300 it was a ultimate NO. And a good bye. Disappointed and not a good way to entice customers to travel to cudworth to view Ebay listed cars with 100s more added .
