Nice clean n cheap
Very cosy pit stop great staff just what we needed
Very comfortable bed. Clean, except for carpets that need a deep clean. Staff excellent and hard working. Nice walks to do as the trans Pennine way is nearby. Double glazing on some windows has failed with a lot of condensation. Travelodge system needs to recognise repeat visitors-booked dozens of times at the same place and I always get asked "have you stayed here before?" No loyalty scheme, either, from what I could see.
It was a bit dated but the shower in my room was pretty decent, this is normally just pot luck in these hotels however. You get what you pay for really. There's a Frankie and Benny's next door.
