It's a good gym , staff are great. I enjoy going the only thing that let's it down is the cleanliness, especially on toilets!!

Best new gym for ages, downside is lack of mangers on daily basis and weekends. Friendly well equipped.

Ample parking, very secure facility. Great training session put on by Dave. Great facilities.

Memberships are flexible and affordable, the equipment is reasonably good quality, staff seem willing to help you and the showers and changing rooms are nice. The toilets could be a bit cleaner but overall this place is very good.
