After 12 weeks personal training and following a personalised food programme I am over the moon with my results.I look and feel better than ever, sleeping better and have lots of energy.Having tried many gyms in the past this one ticks all the boxes. Fantastic equipment, spotlessly clean and great changing facilities.Sam, my trainer and owner of the gym put me at ease straight away. I was a bit concerned, because of my age (67) that I wouldn't be able to do what was required but Sam is very encouraging, patient with my senior " moments " and has given me the confidence to keep going.Absolutely love this gym, have booked another 12 week course.
I absolutely love this gym! I never had a personal trainer like it! Sam who is my P.T is the best trainer I have ever had! I have seen a huge change in my body, confidence and personal well being. I have got along great with the diet that Sam has designed for me. His consultation method is very personal and unique to you as a person. He is flexible and adaptable as I am a working mum. The gym is for lady members only and I love this as well because I don't feel intimidated but men working out. First the first time ever I have started strength training! I will continue to recommend women to the gym and will be a life long member! Thank you Unique Physique Studio, you've made me love working out!
Fantastic ladies members only gym! Such a comfortable environment to be in! And the staff are so friendly and approachable, if your struggling they are there to help, the personal trainer there is amazing too, very understanding and patient and very motivating too. It's great to have a ladies only gym in the area and even better how good value it is a mean 3 per session and 12 per personal training session you can't go very wrong with that. The equipment is amazing too well looked after and clean and a very large selection so the gym is very well equipped. The changing rooms are amazing too not very often you get a proper changing room to sort your hair and makeup up out and the toilets are gleaming clean. I would recommend this to anyone, I find it amazing that for a monthly membership it's 20 a month that you renew yourself so there's no direct debits! So your not wasting money if you don't go for a month or so. This place is fantastic! Considering the trainer is actually male doesn't really make a difference as he is such an understanding and patient bloke who makes you feel very welcome and comfortable and is very encouraging when your having a personal training session with him. I would recommend to anyone to try this place out!!!!!
