From K.Parker All the staff and Will the Vet were absolutely wonderful when my 17 year old cat had to be put to sleep on Sunday at short notice/emergency appointment. I was a blubbering wreck , they put us in a quiet room,brought tissues and offered me a drink.Let me have as much time as I needed to say my goodbyes, Will explained everything , and Taz slipped away in my arms so very peacefully .Cannot thank them enough for helping me on such a sad and traumatic day, for ending Taz''s pain and giving her the dignified end of life she deserved.
Thank you vets 4 pets Barnsley for taking excellent care of vinnie. Vinnie had spinal surgery on 28th November, then had pneumonia. Been back for a check up today and he has been discharged. A special thank you to peter and will whos help and support have got vinnie back to his old self x
I genuinely cannot recommend this vets enough. Care, compassion, time, and understanding is given whatever the issue is. I have 2 dogs one has an ongoing health issue and is scared stiff of the vets, each time we go they are prepared and treat him individually and with so much care. Communication to me is excellent and I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this practice. Peter is amazing and goes above and beyond .
Always a warm and friendly welcome and concerned about the customer and their pet. Happy to give me a written prescription for my dogs meds so I can buy elsewhere at half the cost.
Very money oriented. My elderly dog is frightened of visiting the vets so whilst getting a couple of concerns checked out I asked the vet what her thoughts were on a lump I had discovered on my dog. The vet cut me short and said I would need to make another appointment as I had discussed 2 health issues already and I was only allocated a 10 minute appointment. Whilst I am disgusted that we were pushed out of the door and charged 26 for the privilege plus medication, 90 in total. I think vets 4 pets need to be more transparent and place signs letting customers know just how brutal they really are. Thanks but after 18 years of loyalty its finally time to give my loyalty to another vets so I will be registering else where.
