Very good vets never had a problem with the pet vet very friendly staff and very helpful make everyone feel welcome
The only guy I would trust is a guy called Daniel he's really caring and very experienced he really nos his stuff I wouldn't trust anyone with my dogs but him as there has been a few mistakes made by different vets, you can see that Daniel puts the customers first brilliant guy in thirty years of having dogs he's the only one that I found that is highly experienced, along with the reception lady Jane who is also brilliant with customers I disagree that all the vets are good there because there not but if you go to him you want go far wrong
Some very bad experiences here. I had a dog with a reoccurring uterus infection so I wanted her spay. I was told by the vet the price and agreed to have it done (could have gone to any vet, this was not an emergency as it was not a severe infection and op booked in advance). Whilst she was on the table another vet from the practice rang and told me it would be almost double because its classed as an emergency. Absolutely disgusted with this. On another occasion my dog had a stobborn ear infection. I bought her in for antibiotics, the vet tried to look but she moved her head away and he didn't get a proper look nor did he try again. He told me there must be a grass seed in there as its too sensitive. (she was sensitive because it hurts and she is used to me flushing it out ). His reasoning was it was grass seed season and therefore it's probably that (we don't have grass and I've not walked her in any fields), he wanted to put my dog under anesthetic to remove a seed which may not even be there because he didn't look properly. Anyway I said no and took her elsewhere, the vet there looked straight in both ears with a little coaxing and treats and said it was a mild infection. I find them cheap on vacs but everything else is really expensive and they want to charge you almost 30 consultation just for some wormer (which they never used to incidentally). The main receptionist is really blunt and impolite as well. Saw her training a young starter and was incredibly rude to him in front of me, very unprofessional.
