Lovely relaxing place very chill out after we came out xx
Has potential, but currently the sauna not hot enough and the ability to add water is broken. The steam room smells musty when it runs out of scent. The paint on the ceiling outside is flaking off The Jacuzzi has been looking dirty recently. Staff walk around the pool in their own shoes without covers on. The place isn't kept clean through the day. I could list a number of other issues which all point to this place being neglected, poorly managed, and very much oversold when described as a spa.

Decent. Couple of bits could be better. (4th star is for sky sports being included on TV channel list)
Decrepit bathroom in hotel room. Tatty leaflets. Filthy pool (wear goggles and check out underwater at your peril) . Smelly drains in pool area. Showers and their curtains reminiscent of 1970's leisure centres. Unsanitised and slippery floors. Sauna ok. Steam room smelt like a urinal. Spa rooms and staff nice.
