My back door was jammed solid couldn't get out the door.Richard new roughly what it could be over the phone . Came that day managed to open it with a temporary lock for the evening. The door needed a part getting . So he arranged to come back the next day . Sorted it brilliantly. Door the best its ever been also put me xtra security on my door . Asked him to look at my front door while he was here . Sorted that one too . Couldn't ask for a better service highly recommend to anyone. 5
