Unfortunately, our experience with Wolf has been a complete disaster. I own and run a small clothing alterations shop in Bournemouth, Dorset. We purchased a Bieffe industrial iron unit in August 2016. In May of this year we were experiencing problems with it. It was spewing out water. And was unsafe to use as we saw and heard a spark. In October we contacted Wolf who informed us that they did not have an engineer local to us but we could ship it up to them. We did so on a pallet at a cost of 60. We were promised a turnaround of a few days. We called several times. Each time we were promised "it will be with you" in a couple of days.Finally this Monday it arrived. And guess what, it was still spewing out water!! I called Andy Vinal, their operations manager who assured me he tested it before sending it down to us. I am afraid I do not believe him and it is just more catalogue of stories. He said we could send it back at a further cost of 60 postage and packing for them to look at. I'm sorry I ever purchased this unit from Wolf. My advice is to find another supplier of laundry equipment if you are in the market.
5 star company to deal with, from the engineers to the office staff nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
Wolf staff have been a fantastic support to our business and provide excellent quality service. We are a small nursing home and they provide quality products that are within an appropriate price range. The sales staff and engineers are always helpful, reliable and provide high standard of service that keeps us compliant with our external regulators. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately engineers cancel last minute and you cannot fully rely on this service.
