In every case they have been returned in immaculate condition and beautifully presented. This combined with attentive and polite service make this a first class business with whom to do business.
Collected my bedding, all bagged up and ready to go, got it home and found an 80cm rip down the bedspread and white pillowcases were pink. Staff denied responsibility and left me seriously out of pocket having to replace everything and refused to even refund the 75 they had charged me for the privilege!
