Horrible experience I had there with one of the specialised nurses , she made me feel miserable by telling me that she ain't got time for more than one problem which it didn't even took 10 minutes and her "help" was useless anyway.Literally Mrs. Anne kicked me out of her office even that no clients were waiting. Ruthless and cruel people are there. I wouldn't recommend that place because they don't care about you or your problems,they don't bother to help you at all and that can be seen on their faces.

who funds them?? id rather wait at AnE for 10 hour to see a doctor than go back there, i told the doctor what was up but he wanted to think it was something else so i got treated for something i didnt need all i wanted was antibiotics!.

Been here afew times over the years with different issues, one being an issue with my throat I always feel like I'm choking, I've been two times asking about it and it was dismissed without even really checking, I've gave up now. Waiting weeks for an appointment to be told that is frustrating. I've also been there for mental health issues, I came in told him my issues then a member of staff ce in and gave him I presume a fax which he argued with her about for afew mins then after they left he looked over it again for afew mins despite them surging over it being pointless to fill in. Anyway after all that I was told to take medication for two weeks (which made me very ill taking it) before I could be referred to the mental health team... I came back and the same doctor forgot what he said to me (isn't it written on the system), though he finally refered me to the mental health team. But basically I don't really feel I'm being listened to, I don't feel confident about speaking about any medical issues I may have. I don't feel these are correct feelings to have at GP's.
