Took my girlfriend here. Waited a few weeks for an appointment, fair enough. Completely unacceptable that despite arriving on time we had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. So disorganised.
The doctors are mostly very helpful. That atmosphere is good and I usually come out happy.
I'm pleased to say that my doctor have been there for me through dark time and always had the time to help me I only give credit where credit is due and it certainly is at huddersfield rd surgery
I've always found the staff and doctors very helpful. Unfortunately the booking system has left me rather frustrated! However, if needed the on call GP can phone you on the day and see you if needed.
What lets this surgery down is the appointments booking service. If your one of the lucky ones to get through at 8am on the phone for an appointment then well done. Ive been trying for 3 days usually book online but none on the day available as lady who puts them on is on holiday and obviously shes the only one who can do it, according to receptionist. Who as the time to wait 35 minutes to get through to be told sorry none left. Surely the surgery should be listening to patients about this
