How can you value excellence? I was absolutely speechless with the quality and care which was afforded to me during a recent visit to the surgery. The next couple of paragraphs will resonate with people who are of a certain age, similar to myself. I am a 62 year old male, who was a child of the 60's, who was brutally treated by dentists of that period. My phobia is simply sitting in a dentist chair. If you are anything like me, just the smell of the surgery not to mention the actual dentist chair, creates an overwhelming fear which translates in to uncontrollable shaking. Initially, i arranged a consultation with Aslam, who is one of the principle dentists at the surgery and he walked me through every step of what was going to take place. He assured me that there would be no pain or discomfort during the procedure, and to my absolute amazement everything we discussed was just as it was explained.The dentistry which was carried out related to a root canal and a bridge. This involved three visits to the surgery over a period of two weeks. With the help of Aslam and his team and after 50 years of dental fear, I can categorically say i am over my fear and phobia. If you are like me, all i can say is that you would be in excellent hands if you chose to use the Warren House Dental Surgery.
I had a serious pain in my tooth and was given an emergency appointment the next day. I was seen by Dr Khalid Habib who was very experienced and professional and the treatment was painless.Overall the service provided was of a high standard and all the staff were very professional.
