Absolutely fantastic dentists can't fault them unfortunately the whole reception team let this place down. Left now, will never go back or recommend. AVOID!

I have received a fantastic service from this practice since joining earlier this year. Kat is my dentist and she is nothing but professional the receptionist is were very welcoming and helpful. All around great service.

brand new patient 28 weeks pregnant awful pain with an infected molar. they had me in the day after calling and i was in and out in 5 minutes with a prescription for antibiotics and will be returning after birth of baby to finish the work needed. really impressed and happy

Absolutely terrible. Always got at least a 4 month appointment wait time and rang up for an emergency and they wouldn't see me. Told me I had to ring for an emergency appointment at IHeart or whatever its called. Rang them (bearing in mind this was 9.00 am) and they told me that its not for them and my own dentist MUST see me if I have an emergency. Rang em up and they fit me in begrudgingly. Every single time you ring there seems to be another problem. My boyfriend had an appt and got stuck in traffic so rang and asked them if there was any point coming. They told him definitely so he carried on. He was 9 minutes late and they wouldn't see him! Ridiculous.
