Very poor... staff really unhelpful... l visited with my daughter age 11 yesterday who has size 7 feet that are broad and with a high instep... explained my situation no offer of help.. lady upstairs was really nice but had nothing suitable..on returning downstairs we're numerous shop assistants were no one suggested any young styles and my daughter actually found a pair of sketchers that fit her... but no way was l asking for other and buying from there if customer service too much like hard work... disappointed and won't be back...
