30 th birthday celebration/ family ...29 people ...ages; baby to 80 years ....all had very good food / many different choices.... I had the (biggest )and best fillet steak in years tonight !!, it cut like butter -perfectly cooked...excellent proper chips ...wasn't blown away by the side salad , but when you get steak , chips and sauce that good , you can live without salad ().......not one complaint -and for 29 people , eating different starters and mains , that must be good going ?....probably best to be organised with peoples' orders and costings in advance ...makes it very easy when settling a big bill...decent wine ,good beer ,very pleasant service ....lovely evening .
Wasn't a great experience. Went in daytime with my misses, staff were polite however we were sat for ages before they came to take our orders. Forgot half the food and didnt even say thank you for visiting.
Excellent value for money and great sized portions. Decently priced and great atmosphere. I would definitely return here and recommend to people. The only issue I had whilst here was beyond staff control - a rather drunk man talking about personal hygiene issues that I would rather not have listened to whilst eating. I ordered a pizza and my partner ordered the pasta, around lunchtime. It was very tasty food, and seemed to be properly home cooked too - not microwaved shoddy stuff you find in other Italian restaurants.
Gorgeous food and fantastic value for money. I had lunch with colleagues and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and everything went smoothly. Enjoyable experience
