I'm confused as to what my daughters are doing wrong??? They use click and drop for their convenience. They've been challenged by this on numerous occasions by 1 certain member of staff, to the point where they're having to travel to a post office further afield due to this assistant's behaviour! We understand that if everyone chose to do the click and drop that it may close some post offices. However, with poor customer service and an incorrect attitude towards the public. I rest my case!!

This friendly post office is a breathe of fresh air. The staff are wonderfully helpful. I had been using another post office where the staff attitude stinks. In future, I will be travelling the 3 extra miles to use this post office instead of using the one local to me.Highly Recommended
