Nice walk. High up so very cold on windy days but fairly scenic. Good path for prams or bikes

Good views at the highest point . Lots of paths, some benches near the top. Layby parking on the main road. No amenities. Walks can be extended via the turbines and along a cycle path. Also northeast around Ladywood and West Haigh woods.

A lot of people walk their dogs but there are no bins for dogs waste

Lovely place for a walk with the dogs with great views. Down side is no poo bin.
