Ive used them for our companys policies and have renewed for the 3rd time. They are helpful and allow me to make an informed choice, rather than receive a sales pitch. They help us manage liabilities to help make sure we pay minimal costs, but ensure we get whats needed. If there was a 6th star, I would happily give it.
