Why would a mental unit let out a patient who has gone missing 4 times in 6 weeks. It's totally outrageous. Where is the duty of care? As a family we are totally disgusted looking to take it further

Do a awesome job these guys n gals do, 24 hours a day, 365 days in a year, 52 weeks per year....

Spent 3 weeks in this hospital was well looked after by all staff( rehab ward.)Many thanks for all you did for me x
