I would like to leave a review on G-Tek , simply due to the excellent customer service I received from the first port of call regarding a replacement laptop screen , I was kept informed at all times , prompt completion , and most of all a very competitive price from a family run business. Very good and professional company. They were patient in the intial discussion I had with them regarding my laptop which had malfunctioned. They gave me the various options and estimated costs .My laptop was not an economical repair but they still managed to recover my data from the damaged hard disk for a fair and reasonable price. Very professional with upmost integrity. Will use their services again for computer and phone repair related issues. Cheers guys.
Called in with the missus'es faulty laptop on Monday - Pete (senior) diagnosed it, repaired it and set it up again all while I waited. She is now happy again. Thanks Pete - top customer service as always!
Im so glad I found this place. The staff are lovely and they really go above and beyond with the customer service. My partner had a mishap with his laptop and I am so happy that it got sorted so promptly. I cant thank you enough! Prices are more than reasonable as well. Will definitely keep you in mind for all my future PC needs.
Excellent service and very competitively priced. Having recently taken redundancy, they reset a Samsung Galaxy S8 telephone, an ipad and an Acer Netbook all back to factory settings so the new owners of these items could then set them all up virtually as new. All work completed within 24 hours and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
