I really like these stores and this one is no different. Particularly for the craft section.
Can't find anything. Constantly asking staff where something is. Don't think I've been in a shop anywhere in the last 10 years where as many people are asking staff where to find things. Stock levels are very poor. Then tills not working. Poor show. Doncaster store a lot better
Really good for the Christmas items we wanted, had seen a train set for under tree was 60 in garden centre only 25 in the Range , go take a look well worth the look
I returned an item that was faulty.. dud not want to buy same again. Sadly I had misplaced the receipt. However had purchased on visa card. Company policy if you don't have receipt you can only get credit/gift card...Not happy.. but that's their policy. No receipt no refund...by the way they did trace it on their system and identified the purchase time and date...
I love The Range and pardon the pun but the range of products is awesome it's one of my fave shops.I also love your festive displays this time of the year.Friendly staff and 10/10 for customer service.
