Not a fan of enterprise after my first experience. Originally I went with a local van hire company but all their vans were booked out. However, they didn't make the 200 security deposit obvious until 5 mins before we were due to set off and collect the van. We also took the van back early so that we could only have to pay for 1 days rental and not the original two, to find the staff had left early. The only saving grace is that the vans are in good condition and quite cheap, under 35/day for a large commercial.
Excellent service iv been a loyal customer for a few years and if your in a pickle they bend over backwards to help you out great guys 100% recomend everytime

Had to use this company through the AA and they were brilliant ..I have used other enterprises in the past so was aware of how it all works .If enterprise could make the fuel system better by making it full to full like they used to then it would be better in my opinion... .They claim it would cost 16 million to fuel up all there vehicles and thus have decided to not do it ..The daily charge of 13.50 to reduce the excess to zero I find quite expensive personally but you are not forced to take it... With the AA the standard excess is set at 500 .... as opposed to the 1000 for regular customers not associated with big corporations like AA for egI was picked up and dropped off which was a nice touch .The staff, including the management were super duper chatty and friendly and made me feel right at home ..They even let me off with the small amount of fuel I'd used in just a day's driving as a good will gesture just to a misunderstanding we'd chatted about the day before .. Overall A very pleasant experience and one I'll definitely remember next time I'm looking to hire againMany thanks .... 5/5
