My son had his bike stolen well before Christmas. Today he received a call from biketyke who had been offered for sale a bike matching the description of my sons. Biketyke retained the bike and Im pleased to say that because of the thoughtfulness and honesty of biketyke my son has now been reunited with his stolen cycle!!!! Took my bike in for new replacement cassette. Great service from Paul. Ordered the part and done in 3 days. Paul rang to tell me all work he had done. These guys at Biketyke know there stuff, No hesitation in recommending this business. Oh yes and a very good price for doing the job!!
Used these guys last week. Originally discussed over the phone and then visited with my bike. I had arranged for a full service but when they inspected my bike to assess requirements, the chain was out of tolerance but the front and rear gear sets were still serviceable so the guys have my bike a free tune up and advised to run it until I got slippage or poor shifting to get my money's worth basically. Never had this level of customer service anywhere. Top boys and will certainly be returning as soon as my bike requires it's full service and also my wife and kids bikes too.

Went out of the way to find me my perfect 2nd hand bike. Allowed to trial different things and fitted around my timescales. Even when I had a teething problem, I delivered bike to shop on a Sunday n my issue was resolved. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great service and great people!
