Lots of good cask ales, beers and ciders to choose from. Has a feel of a proper Barnsley pub but also like a traditional Spanish bodega! Just need the tapas!
Well, it was great and to our surprise it was in exactly the same place as last time we visited.
Good town centre real ale pub, the brewery tap for Acorn Brewery. Always half a dozen beers on, including guest beers. Decent prices plus discount card available.Only real downside is no outdoor area, so can get a bit stuffy in summer.
Brilliant town centre pub that takes its real ale seriously, all well kept with a fully stocked bottle range. The food on sale is nuts and crisps! Friendly staff and friendly punters. Unfortunately it's not really wheelchair friendly to get in to.. you could visit.. but it would be advisable to phone first to get the staff to open the back doors and give you a hand.
Have a great variety of ales and alcoholics beverages. Never had an issue with the service there and it even smells like a proper pub. Nothing better you can ask for. They host singing events and such where people play their instruments. Great atmosphere.
