Interesting and quirky local story brought to life by friendly staff in a house full of collectables and treasures.Art exhibitions from local amateur artists (changed monthly) grace the walls of a pleasant cafe. Staffed by volunteers it provides home made treats including afternoon tea .
Excellent local museum run by volunteers. Guided tour available and very cafe, afternoon teas available on Wednesday.

Called in this afternoon whilst visiting my dad in the care home opposite expecting to be there for 15 minutes or so.2 hours later we were still there after being given a guided tourIf you're interested in museums & local history etc then definitely worth a visit
